If these plates aren't working out and you wish to return the wheelchair. Please contact us via email and we will gladly refund your money back, less your shipping charge.  The Plates will need to be back to us within a 30 day period.

Refunds are done after we receive the plates back, preferably through the Post Office.

We ship all our products through the US Post Office. Standard shipping usually 3-10 days depending how far you are away from Oregon.  Priority 2-4 days. All Shipments to Canada are priority mail.   We prefer customers use the Post Office for Returns.
